RDNS has grown into the largest home nursing service in Australia with more than 1,600 dedicated staff committed to delivering the highest level of home nursing and healthcare.

In any year, more than 1,000 nurses and health staff coordinate and deliver in excess of 500,000 hours of direct care, with 1.8 million visits conducted across Melbourne, parts of regional Victoria, NSW and Auckland, New Zealand. In Melbourne we operate from more than 20 sites dispersed throughout this region, staff use 600 cars and travel in excess of 8 million kilometres each year to deliver healthcare to more than 35,000 clients. With recent expansion to Regional Victoria and NSW, RDNS is able to care for more people in the community.
