At RDNS we are committed to the improvement of our services by maintaining an open exchange with our clients, their carers and the different groups and individuals we work with.
To help foster open communication, we operate a consumer participation program that involves people who have different experiences of and perspectives about RDNS.
The program provides a well-managed and secure environment for the open exchange of ideas and comprises past and present clients; RDNS nurses and specialist staff; as well as representatives from peak bodies such as Carers Victoria.
The consumer participation initiatives explore different ideas and feedback in order that, where appropriate, changes can be made to improve our service provision and general operations.
We have found this program to be a very successful avenue for better understanding the needs of our various stakeholders, which in turn has led to an improvement in our service provision.

If you are a RDNS client, carer and/or representative and would like to participate in this program please contact Sally Percy, Manager – Quality and Risk, on (03) 9536 5264.
