Despite our best efforts, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are unhappy about any aspect of the service that you have received from us, we encourage you to let us know. Your feedback can assist us to continue to improve the services that we provide to both you and others.

If you feel comfortable, please speak directly with your nurse or you are welcome to contact the relevant Client Services Manager to give us your feedback or to discuss your concerns. If neither of these options is possible, you can contact our Consumer Relations Coordinators.
