Michael has more than 27 years experience in healthcare as a nurse, clinical service manager, and consultant. He worked in senior management and clinical roles at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and other hospitals.

Apart from his roles at RDNS, Michael is also a Director of Iridium Consulting - a Melbourne based healthcare consultancy. He specialises in problem solving, change management, service redesign and planning. Iridium’s clients include health departments, professional bodies, hospitals, community services, aged care services and mental health services.  He is also active in several community service activities.
