Helen has a strong track record in working with Board Directors, Executives and Leaders to execute strategy through strong cohesive leadership from the top.  She has delivered successful business solutions for a wide range of organisations, including ANZ Bank, Onesteel, Unilever, Standard and Poors and Worksafe Victoria. Her expertise is in the areas of Strategy Alignment, Organisation and Structure Review, Board Effectiveness, Top Team Effectiveness, Team Coaching, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Performance Management.

With over 20 years experience Helen regularly advises Senior Executives on the implementation of processes to support major business change and initiatives.  In addition to her many years experience in the Corporate and Public Sectors, Helen has a strong reputation with Boards and Executive Directors in the not-for-profit sector.  She is a member of Hay Group’s globally accredited team of Executive coaches and a Director on the Board of the Australian operations of The Hunger Project, a global not-for-profit organisation focused on ending hunger in the developing world.
