We do not need medical authorisation to visit you, to assess your needs or provide nursing care. However, if your care involves giving you medicines, giving enemas, inserting catheters or nasogastric tubes, attending suctioning or specific medical treatments, we need written information and authorisation from your treating doctor. This authorisation can be mailed to us, faxed or given to our staff by you.
