RDNS accepts referrals from health professions including general practitioners, hospitals and other healthcare workers.

If you are a health professional and have a patient who may need home nursing care, please call our referral hotline on 1300 687 7464 (1300 NURSING) to have one of our qualified staff assess your patient's home nursing requirements. 

Once your patient has been referred to RDNS, our nursing staff will work in consultation with you, keeping you informed of their progress every step of the way.

Please note: Healthcare professionals must provide RDNS with a client's medical history and diagnosis. Medical authorisations and medicine intake authorisations are also required.
