RDNS is the largest and oldest provider of home nursing and healthcare services in Australia. RDNS is a not-for-profit organisation grounded in the principles of care and compassion.
RDNS delivers comprehensive, professional nursing and healthcare to people in their homes, workplaces, nursing homes, residential care facilities, schools and workplaces. RDNS is committed to improving and maintaining our clients' quality of life and independence by providing tailored care to meet their individual needs.
Our services are provided 7 days a week, 365 days of the year to all people according to their assessed needs, and irrespective of age, race, religion, presenting illness or social and economic status. The only criteria for admission is that a person has a genuine need for care and that their needs are able to be met by the services RDNS has to offer.

RDNS is at the forefront of developing innovative home healthcare programs to further enhance our existing high standards of client care.
General and specialised nursing and homecare is provided with the dual objective of improving a person's health status whilst enabling them to enjoy the benefits of remaining at home.
As an organisation seeking to deliver the highest standard of healthcare, RDNS recognises and embraces partnerships with both our clients and other healthcare providers.
Healthcare is also available through our Homeless Persons Program to clients experiencing homelessness (available in certain parts of Melbourne only). In additional to these services RDNS provides a private healthcare service.
These services include domestic assistance, personal care, general services, monitoring, overnight services, respite care, transport and more.
Our clinical expertise is constantly evolving and is informed by evidence-based research from the respected RDNS Helen Macpherson Smith Institute of Community Health.
